A serviced office is a furnished and maintained office space, managed by an operator in a purpose-built space. Lonsdale Gate offers private serviced offices to all occupants in a range of sizes. Amenities include a fully-staffed reception desk, meeting space, fitness centre, shared kitchen space, business administration services and premium internet connectivity. All cleaning and maintenance services are included in Penhurst’s business centres in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge as standard.
How many meeting rooms are available at Lonsdale Gate?
Lonsdale Gate offers two fully equipped meeting rooms with high speed internet and VoIP phone connection. We are also happy to help support the needs of meetings with our business administration service, including printing, copying and faxing.
Is the fitness room free to access?
The fitness room is free to use for all occupants of our serviced offices at Lonsdale Gate.
What does the reception service include?
Our professional receptionists are on-hand to support your business needs. The service includes welcoming and directing visitors, directing phone calls and supporting the running of your office space.
Do serviced offices at Lonsdale Gate include kitchen facilities?
The business centre offers a shared kitchen for use by all occupants of our offices.
Is parking available?
We offer limited tenants’ parking spaces at an additional cost.
Can we use facilities at other centres?
The meeting rooms at our business centres in London and in Tonbridge are available to hire.
What access options are available?
Access to the business centre is 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our serviced offices are designed with flexibility in mind – your office, your schedule.
Can I rotate staff within my office space on different days?
You can rotate staff on different days of the week if you choose.
How will I be invoiced?
Invoices are issued monthly in advance and paid by standing order/direct debit with six weeks’ as deposit with a fixed renewable term to suit.
My business is growing rapidly and I need a larger office space, what size do you offer?
Lonsdale Gate has offices of up to 12 workstations as standard. We meet the needs of your growing business. Please contact us to discuss how we can manage expansion if your business scales quickly.
Can I downsize my office if necessary?
We have offices of 3-4 workstations which accommodate the needs of smaller businesses. We are keen to support all of our businesses with their individual needs, please contact us to find out more.
